How much does junk removal cost?

We charge $40–$60 per cubic yard. Small jobs typically run $150–$250, medium jobs $275–$400, and full truck loads $450–$600+. There's a $100 minimum for very small pickups. We always provide a free quote before starting work — no surprises.

How do I get a quote?

The fastest way is to text or email us photos of what needs to go. Include the address and any access details (stairs, narrow hallways, etc.). We'll send back a clear, flat-rate quote — usually within an hour. For larger jobs like estate cleanouts, we'll schedule a quick walkthrough.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. The quote we give you is the price you pay. No trip fees, no surprise surcharges, no 'oh we didn't realize it was that much' upsells. Transparent pricing is one of our core values.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, and other common payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of the job. For larger projects, we can discuss payment arrangements.

Can you do same-day service?

Yes! We offer same-day and next-day service in most cases. Call or text photos for a quick quote and we'll schedule you ASAP. Morning calls can often be completed by afternoon.

What areas do you serve?

We serve a 30-mile radius from downtown Louisville, KY. This includes Hurstbourne, Middletown, St. Matthews, the Highlands, Crestwood, Mount Washington, Shelbyville, Shepherdsville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, La Grange, and surrounding communities. If you're within about 2 hours, give us a call — we may still be able to help.

What items do you remove?

Almost everything — furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, electronics, mattresses, hot tubs, sheds, fencing, and more. If you're unsure, just ask. The only things we don't handle are hazardous chemicals and asbestos.

Do you handle hoarding cleanouts?

Absolutely. We provide judgment-free, compassionate hoarding cleanup services. We understand these situations are sensitive and approach them with respect and professionalism. We can work in stages if that's easier, and you choose whether to be present or not.

Disposal & Donations

What happens to my items?

We prioritize recycling and donations. Usable items go to local charities like Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, and Wayside Christian Mission. We provide donation receipts for tax deductions. Metals and e-waste are recycled. Landfill is always our last resort.

Do I get donation receipts for tax deductions?

Yes! When we donate your items, we provide itemized donation receipts. Many of our customers offset a significant portion of their junk removal cost through tax deductions this way.

Do you remove hazardous materials?

We do not handle hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, etc.) and will refer you to a licensed specialist. However, we do offer biohazard cleanup starting at $200–$250 and mold remediation at $1–$4 per square foot.

Property Preservation

What is property preservation?

Property preservation includes services to secure and maintain vacant or damaged properties. We offer damage-free bolt board-ups ($1.75/unit), lock changes ($25), winterization ($100–$150), property inspections, debris removal, and lawn maintenance. These services are popular with property managers, investors, and REO companies.

What is bolt boarding?

Bolt boarding is a damage-free alternative to traditional board-ups. Instead of nailing boards directly into window frames (which causes damage), we use a bracket-and-bolt system that removes cleanly with zero damage to the property. It's more secure, looks more professional, and saves money on repairs.

Do you offer winterization services?

Yes. We winterize vacant properties to prevent pipe bursts and water damage during cold months. This includes draining water systems, adding antifreeze, and securing the property. Pricing runs $100–$150 per property.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $1M in commercial general liability insurance, plus workers comp and commercial auto coverage. Your property is fully protected.

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are a licensed and insured business operating in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. We use licensed disposal facilities for all waste handling.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Realtors earn $25 for every completed estate or move-out cleanout referral. Each referral is tracked by a unique code, and payments are made monthly via Zelle or Cash App. No limit on referrals. Call us to get set up.
