  • βœ“

    Odor-Free

No pet odors, smoke smell, mildew, or strong chemical scents

  • βœ“

    Functional

Working condition β€” drawers open, zippers zip, electronics power on

  • βœ“

    Safe

No broken glass, sharp edges, exposed wiring, or recalled items

  • βœ“

    Complete

All parts included β€” no missing legs, shelves, or components

  • βœ—

    Stains

Food stains, water marks, ink, or discoloration on fabric or surfaces

  • βœ—

    Animal Fur or Pet Damage

Excessive pet hair, scratches, chew marks, or urine damage

  • βœ—

    Mold or Mildew

Any visible mold growth, musty smell, or water damage

    Rips, Tears, or Structural Damage

Torn upholstery, broken frames, wobbly legs, or cracked surfaces

    Bed Bugs or Pest Evidence

Any sign of infestation β€” droppings, nesting, or live pests

Not sure if your items qualify? Send us photos and we'll sort it out on-site. We separate donatable items from trash and recyclables during every job.

How Donation Pickup Works

We handle everything β€” from pickup to charity delivery to documentation. You just point us to the stuff.

1

Send Us Photos

Text or email photos of the items you want picked up. Include a few angles so we can assess condition and volume. We'll let you know what's donatable.

2

We Sort On-Site

When we arrive, we sort everything into three categories: donatable items, recyclables, and disposal. You don't have to decide β€” we know what each charity accepts.

3

Deliver to Charities

Donatable items go directly to the right charity partner. Building materials to Habitat ReStore. Clothing to Salvation Army or Wayside. Household goods to Goodwill.

4

You Get Receipts

We provide itemized donation receipts documenting exactly what was donated and where it went. Use these for tax deductions β€” many customers offset a significant portion of their removal cost.

What If Items Can't Be Donated?

If items don't meet donation standards, we still haul them away for responsible disposal. Recycling fee applies at our standard junk removal rate of $40–$60 per cubic yard. We sort everything on-site so you don't have to decide what's donatable and what's not β€” we handle it all.

πŸ’‘ Bulk rate available for loads over 10 cubic yards. Contact us for custom pricing on large cleanouts.

Items No Charity Accepts

These items are universally rejected by all donation partners. We can still haul them away for proper disposal.
